Buildings Insurance

Buildings Insurance is compulsory. Your lender will insist that you take this insurance out, but you can use an insurance company of your choice.

You are covered for such perils as fire, storm, flood, earthquake, lightening, explosion, theft, vandalism, subsidence, landslip, heave, falling trees and escape of water.

	Having scored through numerous websites and papers I need not have bothered, not only did Nic and his team beat my best Mortgage by over ½ a percent, they also beat my quote on insurance and I got the 1^st three months free!
