If you have experienced credit problems in the past, at Mortgage Mission we may still be able to help, whether you’ve had county court judgements, arrears, defaults or a combination of these.

You may be surprised to find out that there are lender’s who are happy to help and that the rates and fees are not as bad as you thought they would be. We can offer home visits which allows us to give face to face mortgage advice , if you live in Derby, Nottingham or Burton upon Trent.

Alternatively, we can arrange your mortgage over the phone, if you prefer. With access to the whole market we can help you to find the best deal. Then we will explain in writing why this is the right mortgage for you.

We will complete all of the paperwork and liase with the mortgage lender, estate agents and solicitors for you. Therefore you will only have one place to call – Mortgage Mission.

We will also ensure that you and your mortgage are fully protected in the event of something bad happening and we will shop around from the whole market to find the best protection products for you.

Many companies charge extortionate fees to find a mortgage for people who have had credit problems. We normally charge a fee of 0.4% of the loan amount (minimum £199), but only on completion of your mortgage. If you do not proceed, you do not pay a fee.
