Tracker Mortgages

  • Your rate will track the Bank of England Base Rate. It will either be a percentage below or a percentage above the Base Rate depending on the Base Rate at the time.

  • Your rate and therefore your payments will go up and down as and when interest rates change. However the Bank of England Base Rate is usually lower than the lender’s own standard variable rate. Therefore you will benefit from a true saving against the standard variable rate.
